Services rendered were paid in full at time of service. A month later received a bill for $7.43 plus a $20 late charge. Their statement showed that $7.43 was not paid but in fact it was. First phone call (10 minute wait) said I needed to send them a copy of the check. Got it and went online where they said and there is no where to enter any account information regarding statements or payments. On July 6 2021 a door to door sales person approached us to try their pest control plan.Me and my husband were little indecisive at first but the sales person convinced us to try it for the season and told us they are offering us good deal and discount since they are in our neighborhood at that time.Before agreeing to let them do their job, I told the sales person that I don't want to sign any contract or agreement. Horrible services and customer service. We were lied to and misled several times. We used terminix in the past and never had these problems. I would not recommend Proshield!
Came to my door, I said I was on a phone call and he said he would wait. I said no it will be awhile. So he says I will go ahead and look around outside to see what kind of bugs you have. I told him no, not interested and he left. But what bothers me is why did he say he was going to go ahead and do that without asking my permission? Not good sales practices.
New Customers Beware. Do business with someone else. ProShield. I’ll be canceling my service this Monday. Ever since I got yalls mosquito treatment plan I have had nothing but problems. Y’all have charged me incorrectly twice. And the mosquito plan is false advertisement. My kids still get bitten. I removed the positive feedback from yalls page that I originally put on there when things were good. I’ll be doing business with someone else. Terrible.

They will trick you into a 12 month contract when you sign up with them (was never told to us). Service was not good the 3 times they came out (once a quarter) so I emailed and texted to cancel my service, they reply that I need to call in. When I called I spoke to Jason who was trying to remedy the situation by offering his personal assistance to come out to the house and provide the service, that was nice of him but I just wanted to cancel at this point. Wonderful service from Delbert! Really nice man. Let me know when he arrived and when he finished. Was pleased with the service. Haven't noticed an increase in pests as some others mentioned but will definitely be looking now. No complaints so far.
