This company is the worst ever. They didn't do what was promised. After months of using their products in my yard, flower beds, deck area and other outside areas, I still have spider webs with huge spiders all over these areas. Even when they come out to do their job, when they leave I inspect the areas and webs are still in the same places. The cost is a rip off. We are an elderly couple and my husband has Dementia. I have been in contact with eco shield several times through emails, texts, and phone calls about their so called service. I had my house sprayed for bed bugs or should I say was suppose to be sprayed. The people that come to my house was there less than 20 minutes to treat a 2 story home. Mind you we have cameras in our downstairs in 3 of the rooms. Was told to clean out all closets dressers and remove curtains from all room and was and bag everything before the day they would arrive. I found the sales ***resentative was not fully transparent in explaining the contract details. In retrospect it seems he was motivated to get a same-day sale, sharing that "the trucks doing the treatment are in your neighborhood today so it's a time sensitive situation which allows me to give you a special deal". The Agreement he asked me to sign was explained as a one-time treatment with one complimentary follow up. There was emphasis on accepting the offer TODAY given the treatment team was nearby. Upon application of products inside and outside the house, my dog's skin broke out in significant rashes, had to put him on steroids to treat the issue. I was on hold for 35 minutes with ecoshield trying to cancel my service and get a refund. I had to call a second time where I had to be on phone for 33 minutes where I was denied a ********* Not Use Ecoshield. Ive had a few days to consider this before writing this review. My 91 year old MIL is generally safe at home alone, but is rarely left for long while I run errands. Last Friday, Route Mgr ***** stopped by while I was out on such errands. MIL has dementia, and we live in a gated community with a no soliciting policy, posted at the front gate. ***** stopped by, spent a while on the front porch talking to MIL.
