this is the worst HOA I have ever used. you can never get hold of the property manager in time. I believe the company is based in India, they just use call center to run the business
I had the highest hopes moving to this company. But I have had condensation in my windows for over 4 months and still nothing is being done. I’m convinced that they don’t have phones and call vendors. They are fitting right in with the rest of the shitty property management companies.
