I am very happy with what DIVYANSHU did to help me to resolve my fine & late payment fee issue caused by my previous tenant. I discussed with him about it and then I cleaned all those trashes myself as my previous tenant already moved out. It took so long time but DIVYANSHU was able to discuss the situation about the fine with board members and finally resolved the issue. I am very happy and satisfied with what DIVYANSHU worked and helped me to resolve the issue.

I worked with Divyanshu from Propvivo to fix the water damage issue in our unit. There is water leakage in the sewer pipe of the bathtub in our 2nd floor, but that pipe is in the wall cavity, beneath the bathtub and above the ceiling of 1st floor, and unfortunately, the water drip between the wall of our kitchen and toilet in 1st floor. So far so bad. Can't setup autopay, close service requests for no reason, send email about service requests when nothing has been done. Need to get their act together.

DO NOT HIRE. THEY ARE ALL IN INDIA AND WILL NOT HELP YOU. ZERO STARS I had the highest hopes moving to this company. But I have had condensation in my windows for over 4 months and still nothing is being done. I’m convinced that they don’t have phones and call vendors. They are fitting right in with the rest of the shitty property management companies. Update. Going on almost 8 months with no fix and the idiots in the call center will not even have a manager talk to me when I have asked 3 plus times now
