Be careful before you apply . Their application includes a co-signer option, but after you pay the application fee, they will tell you that co-signers are not accepted. If that’s your policy, it should have been stated before asking applicants to apply and pay. This is a complete misleading .
Avoid this leasing company. In my opinion, they are extremely unprofessional and seem to have no understanding of how a co-signer/guarantor process works. The entire application process felt like a waste of time and money. I regret paying the application fee because the service was terrible from start to finish. Based on my experience, I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Stay away from this leasing company. This was one of the worst rental application experiences I’ve ever had. The staff came across as unprofessional, disorganized, and unfamiliar with basic leasing procedures, including how a co-signer/guarantor works. The application process felt like a complete waste of time and money, and I left feeling that my application fee wasn’t justified by the service I received. If you’re looking for a smooth and professional leasing experience, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
Please stay away from this property management. You will spend more money than you expected. Be aware.
