Amy from PropertyAZ has been a great property manager for our places in Phoenix. She has looked after our places since 2010 and has been there for us whenever we need her. Since we live out of state it’s hard for us to be there and we know that Amy will look after issues we may have. I bought a rental property in AZ about a year ago, and the entire process has been smooth due to Patty. I live in Chicago and did not know the AZ market, but Patty sure did! We looked at several properties and Patty knew right away which houses would make a good rental. She responds to all my questions in a timely manner, found a renter quickly and the statements/deposits are automatic. It has been great knowing that I do not have to worry about my property so far away.
PropertyAZ helped me purchase a house recently and it was a great experience. The realtor spent a great deal of time with us as we were pretty picky about the house we wanted. All aspects of the transaction went smooth and ahead of schedule and our realtor did a great job of negotiating with the seller’s agent. If we move again, I will definitely use PropertyAZ again.
I have rented two homes from PropertyAZ and have had a very positive experience with them overall. They respond quickly to any service requests or questions. I really like that I can pay rent online with them, and even submit service requests or check my account online too. I would recommend PropertyAZ to anyone looking to rent a home.
I was in a tough position back in 2009/2010.... Just divorced, left my job, moved back to CA with my house in Gilbert, AZ. The housing market had hit an all-time low and could not break even on my home on the market. In comes Amy with all her short sale experience.
