I purchased my first home about four months ago and started out two years ago. This was a long and hard process until I switched to Theresa and within three months, we moved into our amazing home. I would have to say without hesitation that I would, and have told everyone looking at anything to do with real estate to call her.
My experience with them has been very positive. I feel they have been very efficient in getting my properties leased up quickly. They professional, easy to work with and returns my calls in a very timely manner. Best of all is that they have taken all the work off of me. I no longer struggle with tenants or maintaining the properties.
The entire process from getting into a place and the monthly rent and getting any issues resolved was great! The support from the team with any questions was always great. Very easy to get in touch with.
I have rented two different homes from Property AZ and I have been very happy with both experiences. They have responded quickly to any repair request and have made the whole process of paying rent and communicating with them very easy by allowing us to use a portal to pay online or enter repair request. My property manager is always very helpful and answers my emails or returns phone calls right away!
