I had a very disappointing experience with Property Valuation Services. During a conversation, the representative told me they were happy housing prices are soaring because "we're catching up to the rest of the world." That attitude is completely out of touch. Director was supposed to get back to me. Its been since the end of January and I still never heard back.
I have contacted PVSC 4 times asking for a response on my propert tax appeal. They don't reply other than a automated message. I am a senior and my property taxes doubled this year. Poor service to say the least.
