Great Company If you are looking for shoddy work, fee generation skills, no transparency for the accounting of funds. and just plain rude, this is your company
HOA's steer clear of Property Wrecknica Property Technica is a bad HOA management company. They never got bids for any work done for our HOA (required under our by-laws). They use their own guys - who were terrible. Shoddy work. Our small lawn area looked awful and cost us around $6,000 for the summer. They burned through our money and always wanted to raise our monthly HOA fee. Run from this management company if you have them. Without them our place looks great and we have a lot more money in reserves and no increases.
Steer Clear of Property Technica Steve Reed is rude and intimidating to homeowners at HOA meetings, espec. if you disagree with him. He encourages the Board to violate our bylaws. He has neglected our maintenance and our hoa looks like a low rent trailer court now.If you are looking for a management company look anywhere but here.
