Fast response to my flood call when my pipe burst, plus the guys who did the work were professional and a pleasure to have around. They kept the place clean and got it done fast. It was a good call.

We had water coming through the ceiling after the "bomb cyclone" blizzard. Property Solutions showed up in under an hour, fixed the issues in the attic and roof, and the repairs look perfect. I highly recommend them for any emergency service or home-repairs.

I heard of Property Solutions through a friend of mine whose basement they rebuilt. We came home from vacation to a swimming pool in the basement, but you'd never know it looking at it now.

I think they did great. I own a rental and then tenants practically burned my garage down. I had a team out the same day to evaluate the damage and they worked with my insurance to get the place completely rebuilt.

We had some pretty extreme damage from broken water lines that I thought would take forever to get fixed before we sold our house. I called and got an estimate the same day. Everything was done in less than 10 days! Incredible.

I had my water heater practically explode, and the house was flooded. I got Property Solutions referred by a friend of mine who had hail damage repaired. Tracy and his crew came out and did a great job. Looks better than it used to.

They have a fantastic team. Most importantly to me, they kept the entire are they rebuilt clean so I could still live and operate in my house during reconstruction. I just called, and they completely handled the insurance billing. I'm just thankful it was all so easy and low impact for me because I was freaking out about my entire basement being flooded like a dirty inner-city swimming pool.

Property Solutions of the Rockies was sub contracted to perform a rebuild due to water damage. Family owned business which i would highly recommend. They are not yet 100% complete with the rebuild but their communication, professionalism and skill in the trade of Tracy and his team to this point has far exceeded my expectations to the point where we are planning on hiring them to complete a remodel in our Master Bath.
