My experience with this rental agency was disappointing due to several issues. First, showings of our property occurred at least once a week for the five months we lived there, often at inconvenient times, including weekends and as early as 8 a.m. These frequently scheduled showings disrupted our privacy, especially since we were often woken up or had strangers entering our space while we were not home. Poverty Service Agency in Ames is really not a great management company to rely on. They are very poor with management service. As a resident I get no service and they take days for maintenance . Chris has a really bad attitude and is always rude whenever contacted. Would not choose their properties.

Chris and Chad are very easy to work with. Nice family owned company.
