Renting with Cindy and team has been a pretty easy process! Whenever we've had issues, someone is coming that week to fix it. I will say the only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because they can be a little slow to communicate. It's not terribly slow to more than a week or two, but I agree with the other review that I have had to check in on things to get answers.
