Top notch. Cindy knows her stuff. Very pro and responsive 24|7.
Please reach out for details on our specific story if you’re interested but I do not recommend renting with haven properties. We were continually gaslit and blamed for issues that came up and there was ZERO empathy or kindness. I called to ask if they were a specific company that manages properties out of state. I have properties in another state and it was sold to a California based Haven Property Management. I asked if they were the company, he responded, "No, we're in CA." I said, "I know you're in CA. The company I'm looking for is as well. But I'm asking specifically if you all manages properties that are out of state." He rudely raised his voice and said "I answered your question. The answer is NO."
