The lack of urgency and response from these people is just sad. They stall on maintenance questions or any questions at all! If I wouldn’t have been in such a desperate situation when looking for a place I would’ve never rented from these people EVER my experience with their pool house rental was a joke in midlothian and now refusing to give me my deposit after waiting patiently for 30 days I did everything by the book and not getting answers is obviously very frustrating.
This company is the absolute worst. Deseree is extremely unprofessional and Gary is just a frontman. Pretty miserable experience working with property management Unlimited. I was set to rent a property from them in the Midlothian area filled out. My credit app met all of the income requirements had excellent rental history and 20 minutes before I was meant To meet in office and sign after being pre approved (Referring to them, accepting my money to do the application, doing a hard credit pull on my credit, and reaching out t... read more
Really nice staff
Me and my family have been in our property for 4 months and we love it. Great team to work with. We only planned on staying a year but we’re already thinking about staying another year before pushing forward to our for ever home!!
