We hired PMT over a year ago to manage our condominium complex. Brian is the rudest vendor I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been a board member for the last 4 years and have worked very hard to turn our association around, from nearly becoming bankrupt from years of poor leadership, to being financially stable and having reserves that are equivalent to 1 year of assessments income. Chris Bruno seems at first a good hard working property manager but he quickly got influcenced by a Mike the maintenance guy at Bayside Dr Condominium who is running the show. He is the manager, the plumbing expert , damage control and jack of all trades. If he doesnt like you that's it , nothing will get done for your unit. They send you invoices for work that was performed without communicating prior. They will tell you go see a lawyer if you question an invoice or mysterious charge in your statement.
