Chris Bruno seems at first a good hard working property manager but he quickly got influcenced by a Mike the maintenance guy at Bayside Dr Condominium who is running the show. He is the manager, the plumbing expert , damage control and jack of all trades. If he doesnt like you that's it , nothing will get done for your unit. They send you invoices for work that was performed without communicating prior. They will tell you go see a lawyer if you question an invoice or mysterious charge in your statement. I would just like to give a shot out to Lynda Dedic. Lynda is the property manager for Lora Lei Acres in Aurora. Lynda is always willing to listen to any issues and get them resolved in a timely manner. No more waiting to get something done. Lynda ensures that if a resident has any issues that she finds someone to correct the problem and make it right. She also makes sure that the residents follow the rules and regs like any good manager should. I'll miss you when I move Lynda.
