Our Condo Association is managed by Samantha Warden who is truly the best thing to happen to us in a long time. She's very smart, very quick to respond, and takes important matters seriously. She makes herself available to the board and leaves no concerns unresolved. She is truly an asset to Property Management Techniques, and I hope they do everything they can to keep her around!
I have worked with Samantha Warden for the past several years. She is absolutely amazing. Very professional, organized, and responsive (no matter day or night). She has leaned in many times to assist when needed even when she was not overseeing our account. She carries a full plate and still finds the time to ensure everything gets attention and is complete. 100% accuracy is also something she strives for.
