Came home and realized the gas stove was left on and leaking gas. I opened all my windows and then call Keith Collins to request someone come and just make sure there's no other gas leak and that its safe to remain in the apartment. He told me to call a plumber. What is a property management company for if not to deal with these things directly, the assessment fee should cover this. If there is any danger as a result of the gas leak, it is an issue for the whole building.
We are current residents of 5011 Valley Lane, and we have been dealing with unresolved leakage issues in our unit for the past 5–6 months. Before claiming this is a false review, please note that we are actual residents and have repeatedly contacted management through emails and their resident portal regarding these ongoing issues. The HOA’s handling of basic responsibilities has been unacceptable. There has been a clear lack of transparency, accountability, and timely communication, particularly regarding shared amenities that have been delayed for well over a year. Tom, Brian, and Keith have not demonstrated the level of oversight or responsiveness expected in these roles.
