Lori was amazing. She has been our property manager for two rental houses over the last 4 years. She also, just recently, sold one of our houses for us. In both facets of her job, she has been exceptional. Timely, insightful, professional and accessible. We still have her as our property manager for our remaining house and if we ever decide the sell will definitely use her as a realtor again.
We lived in Asia while renting out our home. We never had any difficulty in communication or getting things accomplished for our property. They were always professional, answered my questions in a timely way.
Found the house I was looking for, went to the office, filled out the application and left a $3500 deposit with Rachel and told them to call me when they are done processing the application. Right off bat I was given the wrong email to send documents to which we ended up fixing. Today I got a text from Hannah saying another application was approved before they could finish processing mine and a lease was already signed on the home.
