My wife and I had the misfortune of renting from these guys for a number of years. Everything said on here I'm SURE is true (with the exception of the one 5 star rating that I'm sure was posted by them). "Borderline crooks" about sums it up. a.) don't ever expect them to actually fix anything - they will ignore you for the first 2 or 3 requests then tell you it's your problem. I wish I didn't have to give them a star at all. I hope future renters read reviews before deciding to use this company and realize they need to go elsewhere. We moved from CA to ID and wanted to get into a house, (we should have been weary when working with them to rent was difficult) PMP had one listed that fit what we needed at that time. When we moved into the house (site unseen for us) the kitchen floor was so dirty that it turned our feet black, instead of calling to let them know, I just cleaned the floor..no big deal... read more
Watch out for these guys. Property Management Pros is now Treasure Valley Rental Management and they are shady/borderline crooks. I understand that property management companies deal with a lot of different issues, and people. But making up lies to extort money from renters is very sad. In the beginning, things were good renting from these guys, but as time went on its gotten bad. It's to the point where I don't even want to go outside to relax on the porch, in fear that they will leave another ridiculous notice on the door ... read more
Please someone do something about this company! Horrible, lies, lies, lies. Kicked us out and for fake charges the owner Tom made up. He stole my $1450 deposit. Please do not rent from or his new company Treasure Valley Rental Management. Something needs to be done about this man and his company.
Worst customer service EVER! I called for 4 days before anyone finally called me back. When I told them that I had been calling for several days, the lady was rude. I told her that they were definitely someone that I would not rent from, just from her attitude.
