They work with at risk neighborhoods and some of the customers are extremely difficult at times. They have done amazing things to regenerate neighborhoods. Units they manage and own are 1970 era units and rent below market rate. They are a amazing people and care about the people they serve. Once in a while they get a person that moves in and does not like the other people that live there and then you get mean posts.
Chris Harrell is the worst property manager I've ever seen. He literally allowed me to enter a property that had been fire damaged, had no running cold water in the tub, and was damp and humid from mold/water damage. He will not resolve issues, he will even lie about when they might be fixed or whether there's a problem in the first place. He and PMM should be shut down, and so should BMOC. They ignored my issues the very first day I tried to move in, then proceeded to threaten me with legal action after I requested a refund... read more
