PMG Top Quality – I have been renting property from PMG for 7 year and have never really had a problem with them. Always quick to fix any maintenance problems. Everyone over at PMG is very easy to talk to and an awesome group of people.

WORST COMPANY EVER – Hired 2 months ago to manage small association. We are on the verge of suing them. Cannot tell you the classless, rude and disrespectful conduct of this company. There goal is get hired by small associations of homeowners, condos or slumlords and milk them for every dime you can. The contract (homeowners agreement) is irrelevant because the cost to sue them is so much that you are left helpless. They are the definition of slumlord and scammer in my book. STAY AWAY!

Terrible experience – Have been renting from PMG for two years, during that time they have repeatedly failed to address problems like rodent infestation, physical damage to the building and physical distress to the unit itself. Most recently, PMG repsonded two weeks after there was water leaking through my ceiling only to shut the heat off for the entire building on a Friday afternoon, leaving the heat off for the entire weekend, which was also the coldest weekend of the year.
