My wife and i cant wait to sue this bogus association,all they do is lie and gaslight you. We bought our property and the association just lets any and all things just pass by from parking overnight directly in the street,letting ppl not have pets on leash,no feces being picked up after pets,boats are not allowed but yet the neighbor directly in front us has had a boat going on 2 years now and it hinders us from pulling and backing out of our driveway.
