I've used Mike 2 times now in the past 10 years and both times he has done a very professional job taking on average 2 to 3 hours so I'm not sure about the concerns from the other review but I would highly recommend them to a friend and have in the past and will again in the future .
Been using Mike for a couple of years now for all of our real estate home inspection needs and dreading the day he retires!! Timely reports, easy to understand explanations, common sense and down to earth!!!
Inspection done in 10-15 minutes. Every problems were "maybe it's this or maybe not". Seems no knowledge. The only thing he can tell is that he did more than 8,000 inpections. I'm not surprise, 15 minutes each and $225 each, he can do 20 - 25 inspections / day and a fortune doing nothing. Will not recommend.
