Beth Palmer is unprofessional, rude and incompetent. In the 2 years she has been the manager of my community she has almost gotten the HOA sued at least twice that I know of. Every interaction with her is rude and dismissive. She is a bully with a passive aggressive attitude. So far this year we have only had one HOA meeting. Choose someone else.
Run, I repeat RUN from Property First. Beth was unprofessional and confrontational with our Board. There are too many instances to list! One personal example of the lack of service and attitude we faced on a constant basis is when I was specifically told by Beth while trying to close on my property that "my urgent issue was not her issue and she would get to it when it suited her...even if it was after my closing date" ?????
