I’ve know Beth for many years. Great management company!
Terrible business practices. Doesn't answer the phone, rude and inappropriate in meetings, yelling at homeowners. Not adding payments on a timely basis. Adding 5 star reviews to her supposedly random review to get a better rating. People rating 5 star twice to pad ratings. So much deception, it is sad when adults don't stand up and take responsibility for a simple mistake. Rather, take steps to hide their error by heaping fraud on others. She's the most unprofessional rude person I have ever dealt with. She is currently managing our condominium Association for the last two half years. Since then our community has two lawsuits code enforcement violations and lastly our community is filthy. She's is unresponsive and runs her company out of her home. Lastly she lies and ran our community into the ground
Beth Palmer is completely unprofessional. If I could give 0 starts I would. She failed to show up for a scheduled meeting without as much as an email or phone call. Through email she was rude and fail to provide any information. Do not use her or her company!!!!
The worst property management company our community has had the misfortune to do business with. Beth Palmer is rude and incompetent. She does very little for our community and is only interested in collecting an easy paycheck. Frequently has been caught in lies and targets home owners that speak out against her. I agree with the other review. RUN LIKE THE WIND away from this company.
Our Association had nothing but issues with Beth Palmer and Property First. There are plenty of much better options to choose from in Orlando.
