I used Property Facts Home Inspection when I purchased my home. Although I thought the process of buying a home was a very stressful one, I found the portion of hiring an inspector to be easier. This company inspected my vacant house for a potential buyer. He claimed he found Mold in the attic. After having 3 separate companies come out (mold remediation EXPERTS, not a home inspector), NO MOLD WAS FOUND!!! But guess what, the buyers walked because he put the word MOLD in their head. Now because of this "wrong uneducated opinion" it cost me $1400 to have a remediation company test and put in writing that there is not MOLD IN MY ATTIC.
