Complete and total scam artists. Please beware and don't rent any properties managed by this company or believe any of the good reviews left by tenants. I too, was unknowingly dubbed into leaving a good review but didn't have a clue of this company's business practices until 30 days after I moved out from the property. Horrible! Beware Properties Plus and Hamilton Crossing, when you move out. Unlike any place ive rented. Took my deposit and charging nearly a thousand dollars to repaint the whole place. I spent an entire week getting it clean and ready and $400 dollars to make sure it was good so i could get my deposit back! Do not rent there. And maintenance takes weeks to fix anything. Read other reviews to verify bs charges scamming renters.
Amazing company to work with! I needed a place on short notice and they not only delivered, it's PERFECT. Amazing location, darling updates and layout, maintenance has been on the ball about getting the little small stuff I'm ocd about done. I really couldn't have asked for a better company to sign a lease with. On top of all of that - they even wrote me a thank you note. Cheeky - but I loved it!
