I agree with all of you! – Though they do managed some decent buildings in the prime area of Pasadena but most of the units are old and in need of repair almost indefinitely. The main person 'Simone' (very dishonest) is helpful but once you're in, you're pretty much under her command. If you need repair, be sure to see some rent increase within the month or so. If your toilet needs a screw to hold in tightly, or the pipe from second floor's unit is leaking through your's; tada - your rent just went up again, just wait for th... read more
Decent apartments, unethical management – They have some decent apartments in decent areas, and repairs are typically done in a timely manner (< 1 week), but the management are dishonest and without morals. They charge service and maintenance fees that appeared questionable according to California state law, back-date mail by several months to make it appear as though they have promptly addressed issues from the past (even though the envelopes clearly show that the letters are indeed back-dated), and routinely do not give ba... read more
Stay way from these crooks - at all cost! – If you ever see "For Rent" signs posted in front of any apartment buildings from 'PROPERTIES INTERNATIONAL', by all means - STAY AWAY!!! As an ex-renter and since most of the apartment buildings that they manage are situated in the city of Pasadena (a city with NO Rent Control) these bastards will raise your rent like there is no tomorrow!!!
