Great Place – Lived here 3 years. Have been happy with my apartment. I like that it has forced air and not a window air conditioner. The parking is spacious. The walk-in closet is nice too. I would definately recomend this building to others. Can't beat the price!
Nice place if your POSITIVE person – Wow, what a bunch of complainers. It's an apartment complex not a condo. I’ve looked at a few reviews people have posted on here, including “Other” things some of you have posted on --- all negative. Leads me to believe none of you are happy people. Unrealistic and Possibly Illegal Practices by Prop.Int'l – This company -- Properties International -- is nothing more than a group of investors who are frauds and their on-site management are powerless to act in any honest manner; their hands seem tied to respond with a shred of integrity or truth. Shame on you Properties International; shame on Simone Popa, and shame on Sylvia for the willful deceit and evasiveness.
I feel like i side-stepped a mind field. – I went to look at one of their properties. The property manager Amber made it very clear that she only works from 9-5, and no saturdays, so working people...sorry, but they'd rather rent to the unemployed. When I made it to the property I was told to meet her at the unit with no direction. After wandering around the building I made it to the unit. SILVIA is a LIAR - Never seen a worse lady or rental company – There must be a reason why everyone is giving Properties International a bad rating. When we moved in Silvia was very nice to us. When we were pointing out defects in the apartments - She told us these are minor things and not to bother......... as if they never charge for small things. When we moved out Silvia - refused to give us a move out inspection. She was suddenly SO rude to us. I dunno how or why! and then she made crazy charges which were just NOT TRUE! ... read more
Property International doesn't care about tenants – There is a statement in the agreement saying that all the tenants have the right of quiet enjoyment of their residence. We can not sleep at nights since the month of September, because of our noisy neighbor, and we asked for the management's help for several times. However, the manager Simon Popa does not care about it. She told us there is nothing she can do. I believe that it is the management's responsibility to provide quiet and livable environment for the tenants.
Co. has been reported to CCA for unethical Business Conduct – I filed a complaint at Consumer Complaint Agency. Beware Dishonest – I couldn't agree more. Simone and others members of the Properties International staff are very dishonest. Be cautious of renting from them.
Don't rent an apartment from this company – These people are not honest. They charge 70 dollars for two sets of keys and 50 dollar for the remote of the garage. Any wear and tear that happens naturally or because of their terrible paintings, they charge you for that. Don't expect to get much back from your deposit. They are also not honest about these things. I agree with all the other reviewers that this company is unreliable, and uses dishonest tactics to squeeze as much from you as they can.
