The managing broker of the Hinsdale and Western Springs offices, Tricia Riberto, is incredibly rude and unprofessional! I reached out to her because I was interested to learn more about @properties and possibly join them. NEVER EVER use this company! There are so many agents/ companies out there that actually care. This is not one of them.... I just went to a hearing over a particular agent in southwest Michigan. I was right and won the hearing in a board of the agents peers.... the southwest Michigan’s board of Realtors, was very professional and courteous. Carrie Goodman of @properties is PHENOMENAL!!! The home buying process is not an easy one, especially when you’re searching for that “forever home” and Carrie always put us at ease and never acted like she was trying to sell us anything!!! I truly felt like it was just my cool aunt showing us homes. She knew exactly what we were looking and we could always be open with her. Very unhappy with Paul fortman I was very honesty with him from the beginning for him to not consider us for a unit was very upsetting after he said no qualifications was Needed. First thing about being professional never give someone the run around making them think once they provide you with proof your going to go forward with them. Just be honest and apologize for not meeting the standards don’t led people on just to disappoint them in the end. I will not do no future business with this company.
