Do not EVER use this agency especially the agent Tom Clark in Barrington Illinois unless you'd like him snooping around your home with out your permission. Very unprofessional, rude, and just an overall bad person. Also tried to contact his office several times to make a complaint and was never called back.

Dealing with the Libertyville office is horrible. Had 6 showings in a month, neighbor using a different real estate had 12 the first week. None of of my showings have come from an @properties agent. Asked the managing broker what we could do to increase showings and all I got were excuses and lies. Told my house does not fit the criteria of their buyers, this after they took the listing. Terrible experience with Genna Hill. I sought to rent a property at 2550 Lakeview after owning there. I needed more space, loved the building, and wanted to stay. I specifically told Ms. Hill upon being offered a place that I needed a long term rental. I was assured the owner (who supposedly lived in Asia) would not be selling, and although I asked for an option, was told there was no point.
