My experience was really good until they no longer accepted my insurance. They immediately cut me off when I went for my appointment and would not even see me that day. I had to find a new doctor and it’s taking me 3 months to get a new doctor. They also would not refill my prescriptions until I could see my new doctor.
It was my annual visit, my wellness check today. I was on time and seen on time by the Dr Michael Olatunji. Several test were done, and most it was good news. Thanks to the staff all went well. Thanks again.
Customer service is top notch. I am so thankful that my insurance referred me to this physicians office. They will turn over every stone until you feel better.
