Avoid doing business with this company. Absolutely terrible customer service. Company does not respond to to billing errors and continues to bill for services we did not receive. Company never responded when we requested propane delivery and a larger tank, so we found another provider. Impossible to reach the company; no response to multiple emails and letters sent, unreasonably long hold times and no ability to leave a message or request a call back. Should not have a license to do business in Missouri.

I have been an AmeriGas customer for 30 years with very few issues. I am on a budget plan, part of which is to be automatic delivery. For the second month in a row, they skipped me for delivery. I have to call over 6 times each month to get them to deliver even after telling them I am completely/nearly out of propane, I live in SW PA, and it is below freezing outside. I’m waiting for a delivery since Jan 7th When I spoke to customer service today they can’t even tell me where the trucks are and if the drivers have my ticket.They told we have 3 drivers in my county omg my county is Hugh. When we had the office here we just called them and they knew when the driver would be here and being on auto fill we never had to worry about it. Been with them 25 years never had a problem until now. I’m going to buy my 500 gallon tank and get a new provider I can’t take the chance of running out

Absolutely terrible service. I put in for a delivery online on 1/02/2021 with both tanks at 50%. I did it so early knowing they were extremely backed up, thinking I would get it by the time I really needed it. I was told it would be here by the 18th. It is now the 25th and I have yet to receive the delivery. I've called 5 times since the 19th and have been continuously told it would definitely be the next day, the next day, the next day. It took two weeks to get a fill and they only Filled to 33% meaning it was already time to book another delivery the same day as the one I just had. But wait it gets better they now upped the charged per gallon the same day for the next delivery from 1.88 to 2.04. This company is a fucking joke. They literally answer within a minute for new clients and as soon as you become there’s the ball gets drop every second following. Can’t wait to switch to a company that actually delivers.

Out of gas since the begin of December - DO NOT USE THEM !!!! Out of gas since the begin of December. It is impossible to reach anybody. If you do, it is pointless because you get the same answer all the time - "we have forwarded your concern."

I’ve never dealt with a business as bad as Amerigas. Never. They promised to check and fill my tank, and for the last three months have allowed my tank to run out of propane - in January, in the Colorado mountains. Their customer service has lied to me, given me false information and simply hung up on me. They have repeatedly promised to deliver propane “tomorrow” only to never show. Absolutely horrible delivery service. Paid in advance and still no gas for a 68 yr. Old customer. Called and can't get any help. Could take my money but can't get gas. It s been 1 and a half weeks. Told me it d be delivered today but still no gas! I will be changing companies and wouldn't recommend to anyone.
