Clifton, Tx customer for 20 years. I am a ‘keep full’ customer for approx 20 years with Amerigas. When the current storm was a week and half a way, I called for propane, as they had let me get down to 20lbs. They failed to come. I lost the small amount I had, now we still don’t have propane. We can’t cook, or heat or heat water for showers. Every day I call 3-4 times and am told.....they will deliver tomorrow. Every day, a week of tomorrows. AMERIGAS does not deserve even 1 star. I ordered propane 1/26/2021. Still waiting on my order. Ran out of propane 1 week ago and now my house is frozen. Literally the thermostat is reading 32 degrees. Requested for a supervisor to call and have not heard from one. I have been on their route schedule for weeks now and everyday no propane delivered. When I call in I am told the route was over booked and that I would have to be re routed... however apparently you have to call in and request to be rerouted... It seems if you wer... read more

I'm on a automatic fill. I've called twice this week to have the tanks filled because it's been so cold we have burnt more. I'm now out of propane and they said they would call within a few hours for delivery after being told the day before they would expedite my delivery. I'm tired of the walk around stories they give. Just fill the ****tanks already. I will be switching suppliers.

You can pay ahead for gas delivery and they wait to deliver until you are at 2 %. When you call you are told they will expedite your delivery but can not tell you when. I am tired of being lied to and them holding my money for over 19 days and still have no gas. No one from the local office will call you and you can not go to the local office bc they are locked down.

This is the worst organization I have ever dealt with. 3 weeks I have been waiting on my propane refill, snd every day I call and they give me the run around. I’ve never felt so disrespected.

We live near Portola, CA and were using Amerigas for propane for a couple of years. The week before Thanksgiving 2020 I put in a request to fill our tank. No one ever came to fill the tank so I called the number for customer service since the local office is closed to customers. Twice I called them over the next 2-3 weeks and could not get an answer when they were coming, or if they were ever coming out to fill the tank. Unbelievably poor customer service. We have two tanks - one for the kitchen and one for the fireplace. The fireplace tank is empty. When the truck came to fill the kitchen tank, I asked to have the fireplace tank filled and the driver told me that because it was empty, we have to have it inspected. First of all, it was supposed to be on auto-refill so it should not have run out in the first place. Worse customer service I have ever seen. I started contacting them in October 2020 because my tank was running low even though I was an automatic refill customer. After numerous calls to them, I was told not to worry that the tank would be refilled. This did not happen so I contacted them on numerous occasions via telephone, their email system, and their web chat feature requesting a refill.
