So disappointed tonight. Proof USED to have the best fries in the TRI but tonight we discovered they have downgraded to ordinary, wimpy fast food fries. They previously had hand-cut fries, so yummy, stayed hot longer, were browner and delicious! Now, they are ordinary. Proof, you’re cutting corners in the wrong place! Not a really varied menu but good sandwiches and burgers. We really enjoy the service and the karaoke!
this was an amazing experience. the host, Grey, was an absolute delight to chat with, very kind individual. The bartender, Savanna, made an amazing virgin bloody mary-- and, she didn't even look at me funny for ordering a glorified glass of tomato juice. the food was amazing; I highly recommend the Ahi Poké bowl and I'll be back to try more!
