Proof is superb! A great place to meet before the play, Proof offers EXCELLENT food. Attentive staff help pair wines and entrees, keep water glasses full - just be prepared to pay a hefty price for the pleasures.
Excellent food! The food here is excellent, and the wine list is superb. Definitely call ahead for reservations - it's become more and more popular the longer it's open. It's a great place to get dinner before heading to a movie, being right around the corner from a large movie theater. It's also in the center of Penn Quarter's nightlife, so it makes a great jumping off point for other activities as well.
