French onion soup had great flavor but the broth was just a tad cold. A little too much cheese for our liking. The fries were good but I was expecting something over the top of McDonalds fries because they were cooked in duck fat. They were very good though and the maple flavored sauce was very nice. The service was fantastic. Very attentive. Dessert was oh so pretty. It was not overly sweet which is nice and the orange was a nice balance with the chocolate. We will likely be back.
Tonight, we visited Proof for our first time (after a recommendation from a friend) and it definitely will not be our last! We initially intended on just grabbing a drink before heading to dinner somewhere else. However, once we started sipping our delicious cocktails & the food began walking past us to their tables, we quickly changed our minds. Best. Decision. Ever! The gnocchi and pulled pork is oooh soooo good! Loaded fries are excellent. Service was on point. And Chef came out to check on customers. Great experience. Can't wait for next visit! :)
Absolutely amazing! I'm very critical of food and had the pork belly and fish fry and WOW! That's all I can say!
Chef Sébastien is top flight. Maitre D' Tony is as classy as they come with impeccable manners. We were at a private wedding function there and the food, beverages, and service were all done as well as I've encountered in the De Pere/Green Bay area. To experience authentic French cuisine at reasonable prices in a place with such stylish decor and ambiance is a pleasure not to be missed. Try the French Onion soup...heck, try one new thing from the Menu each time you go, but go, and go often. Highly recommended.
The food was awesome! Chef is amazing! French onion soup was so deep in flavor and the fries were great! The bone marrow was off the hook! Will be back and will be bringing friends!

Horrible service & server was extremely rude. I make a lot of my own homemade pasta & gnocchi... FYI Italians do not mix gnocchi with pulled pork & bbq.
Sebastien and Nick are a one..two punch when it comes to service and food!! If you haven't experienced Proof yet, I guarantee you haven't had a great time in a long time!!!
