Great atmosphere, great food and the cocktails are to die for!!
By far one of the best atmospheres and experiences DePere/Green Bay has to offer. From the knowledgeable and friendly staff, to the unique spirits and the mouth-watering food, it's an absolutely amazing experience. One of the best French Onions soups I've ever tasted, and the Duck & Waffles were so unique and scrumptious I can't wait to see what else Chef Sebastian has to offer!!!
The cocktails were amazing very strong I could only have two LOL! The food was also amazing, perfectly prepared and over-the-top!
Fish fry rocked. Drinks were all good and just unique enough to keep it adventurous. Desserts were good, but the creme brûlée was especially AMAZING.
Limited but fantastic food menu. Wonderful selection of custom cocktails. Very good service, and the flaming crem brulee was a real treat.
The cocktails, atmosphere and staff are all great here. In my opinion, the prices for drinks are not in line with the area. I hope for the city as well as the establishment, that $9 for 5-6 oz cocktails doesn't put this place out of touch for people.
Love burger night and selecting one of their creative cocktails. You have got to give their chocolate mousse a try at least once, it's amazing!

It's pleasantly tough to choose from the craft cocktail list. The lavendar créme bruleé made me feel special and loved. It's evident that the team behind Proof carefully plan and execute their work with full hearts. Thank you, I will be back!
