Had a water leak in my home, called several companies but could not get a response. Then I called Pronto Rooter they returned my call and in a short period of time and were out at home pretty quickly. There staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and communicated clearly and what the problem was and were very reasonable in price. I would recommend them to all of my family and friends.
I paid $35 for Pronto to give me an estimate, and REGRET ever calling these people. Very INEXPERIENCED people. I asked them where the plumbing pipes were and they couldn't answer that question. These men know NOTHING about plumbing, my 10 year old boy probably knows more than these individuals. Their Webpage mentions Free camera inspection, and I asked for that and they made a lousy excuse and said couldn't use it.
