recommend this company. they are professional, friendly and don't charge a lot like other company, I been using them for 6 year and never had a problem with service and if it is an emergency show up quick.
I would definitely use Pronto Rooter again. They did a huge job for us: working with foundation experts, under the house, through the yard, in the bathrooms, rerunning piping into our laundry area. The workers were professional and took time to explain what they were doing every step of the way. Great experience-
I Highly recommend Pronto Rooter for their excellent and friendly service. Their employees are polite, attentive, and professional. They evaluated my plumbing problem quickly, established a solution, and fixed it in a timely manner. Their prices are very reasonable and they guarantee their work. They shared energy saving tips and recommendations for plumbing maintenance. I really felt that their service is to establish a long term relationship with their customers.
I HAVE USED PRONTO ROOTER PLUMBING FOR SEVERAL JOBS .I HAD A WATER HEATER REPLACED UP IN THE ATTIC AND NEW INSTALLATION IN GARAGE FOR A MOP SINK. I WAS TOLD BY A PREVIOUS PLUMBER HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST FOR HEATER WHICH WAS RIDICULOUS AND MOP SINK WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO BE INSTALLED. WELL WITH THERE KNOWLEDGE ANDNEW PRODUCTS THEY ARE UP TO DATE WITH WERE ABLE TO DO THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER. BESIDES THEM BEEN COURTEOUS PLUMBERS THEY DID A FA\NTASTIC JOB!! Excellent customer service. The men were very polite and respectful. Very knowledgeable about their work and informed me about water saving tips. They cleaned up very well! Great service!
never showed up. I called 20 minutes before the end of their 2 hour time block. I was told they would be their but 10 minutes late. After 30 minutes late I was considerate enough to call them and cancel. Must not need my business.
Do NOT use these folks! Work is crummy and they don't take care of their problems. Won't honor warranty work or fix mistakes. Read the other reviews and know that you do not want to use Pronto Rooter.
had them out to pump my septic tank. Their truck was really small and couldnt pump down my septic tank like other companies in the past. Was charge a second trip for them to finish the job. A friend of mine working at Lackland found them dumping into the sewer system there. I was charged ALOT for them to dispose of my waste properly... not to be dumping their truck in the cover of night down random city streets. Makes me question the integerty of the entire operation.
