Horrible experience from start to finish!!!!!!!! My fianceé originally purchased a dress here at the Pronovia’s in Miami and we were told it would be a seamless transition to ship it to Austin since we live in Texas. But every step of the way has been an absolute mess. The two stores have not communicated well and have made us play middle man.
