I always have a good experience when i go their to shop with my daughter and when i take her friends too
I've always had great customer service when I shop here. I've bought a few pageant dresses and they go above and beyond to help and to make you feel beautiful.
If I could give this shop nothing I would. I am not impressed with the customer service. To receive a phone call 10 minutes before one of your bridal fittings that they didn't do the alterations and they are going to have to reschedule is not acceptable. Not to mention the dress that was ordered looks different then the one that I fell in love with. Instead of helping me figure it out and agreeing that it looks different they offered me the one that I tried on after I've already ordered the dress and paid for it. Stay away l... read more
We brought our son and daughter in for prom attire. The staff was amazing and treated us well. Excellent customer service.
Tabitha and her team are top notch. No matter what the occasion, they will have you looking and feeling your best! Highly recommended!
So much fun with Arielle ' s help we picked the perfect pageant dress.
