Amazing customer service!!! Didn't feel pressured to buy the most expensive dress. Ariel was very attentive and had my daughter's best interest in mind. We HIGHLY recommend Proms Pageants and Pretty Things!

We ordered two tuxedos from this company and both were grossly wrong. The business provided rude, condescending response to the major mistakes they had made. While they were eventually resolved, we did address the concerns with the owner who never once apologized but kept excusing the situation.

Wish we had found this store 3 prom seasons ago! The staff was fantastic and we appreciate that they were not annoyed with us as we came in close to closing! Found the perfect prom dress 7 days before prom! Thanks again!

This is the go to place for so many different needs. I am a wedding planner and they have everything from dresses for brides to tuxedos to attire for me personally for events. The customer service is impeccable!! I could not have asked for better service and professionalism. Ariel especially is fantastic!! I had the most incredible experience here. I left another bridal shop in tears because they were unwilling to help me and I had almost decided to just elope and forget wedding. I came in on a whim and left again crying, but this time with tears of joy! The dress is incredible and the staff truly and sincerely cared about me and made me feel beautiful! Best experience ever

My daughter ordered her wedding dress from Proms, Pageants & Pretty Things at the Bride's House. From day one, the service provided by the staff was excellent. We paid an extra fee to have her dress rushed on a order from China; however, since it was in stock at the Allure factory, they reimbursed us and we received the dress 3 weeks early...not to mention the measurements they took versus the dress we received was right on and fit perfect.
