Holy cow where do I begin?! These ladies are amazing!!! Super gorgeous dresses and at the best prices! I saw them yesterday and ended up buying almost my whole pageant wardrobe, and it saved me a bunch of money! Highly recommend and will be keeping in touch! Cannot express how wonderful the experience was.
Wedding Dress was ordered the wrong size. They admitted that they ordered the wrong size and attempted to order the correct size, however it was too late to get another size in. When I went to pay for alterations, I was told "we can not give you a discount because we did not make a mistake" (after an employee had previously told me it was their fault). I have never been treated so rude, especially after spending so much money on an item.

There are two sides to every story and if anyone is concerned about our ability to properly size and order correctly we would be happy to review our procedures with anyone. I found the perfect dress for my senior prom here. I had previously looked at 2 other stores without any luck. Here, I had to choose between multiple ones! All of the staff was friendly and helpful. For anyone who needs a dress for a formal occasion, prom, homecoming, a wedding etc., Proms Pageants and Pretty Things is the place to go!
