I've always had nothing but great experiences with Promptu. Friendly staff and quick service. I'd recommend anyone to try them out and you'll see what I mean!
Nice and easy place to go when you don't get sick that often and/or have a family doctor on speed dial.
I go to the Schertz clinic when I need immediate care. The service is always fast with little wait time. Everyone is always very helpful and considerate.

I have been here a couple times with different kids and they have been very quick. Office staff and nurses have been polite and professional. I've seen two doctors and both had good bedside manner and didn't make us feel rushed. Prescriptions were sent electronically and received quick.
