Apparently a “10 minute oil change” for “29.95” Is actually a 30 minute oil change for 65$” rude staff too.

I had to call to request copies of oil changes for a company car today. Within minutes, the staff was friendly and helpful! I will always encourage my staff to go to them as I'm so impressed with their customer service and efficiency. Thank you is such an understatement. Great job Rochester team!
