I went in at 6pm on a Thursday and was seen immediately! I had the worst stomach flu of my life and Dr. Jaffer and nurses were right there to help. I had to get a shot and fluids and that meant they'd have to stay late but they didn't care they just wanted me better. Needless to say I'm doing MUCH better the next day and I know I wouldn't be if I hadn't gone to Prompt Urgent Care. My mother has gone there several times and also highly recommends them. Thank you Prompt Urgent Care!
So Thursday when I was in pain and ready to pass out, I ended up at Prompt Urgent Care. They totally rock! Didn't take long and took care of my kidney infection. A nurse called me the next day to see if I was feeling better and find out what questions I had about my medications. The Dr called me yesterday to inform me of my test results and again check how I was doing and asked if I had any side effects. I strongly recommend them. �
I had a foot injury and was seen immediately and had xray done. The staff was very friendly, DR. Jaffer was great and the technician Kevin was awesome. Thanks again
I was feeling horrible and was able to get in immediately at Prompt Urgent!!! Dr. Jaffer was great and she followed up with me personally by phone after my test results were available. Will definitely use again when any one in my family is sick!
Quick and friendly staff. In and out in about an hour. So much faster than my own doctor. I will be returning.

My daughter has been to Prompt Urgent Care about 5 or 6 times since they opened and we've never had a bad experience! We highly recommend this place! Their hours and location are so convenient. We love Dr. Jaffer! The times she has not been there we've had a great experience with the other doctors filling in.
