I was seen fairly quick.
I went in for dizziness, nausea, fatigue, and upset stomach. Before even being seen by the dr the nurse was implying I was pregnant, even though I was on birth control. Then the dr claims to have seen a faint line of a positive, blood work was drawn to confirm. NO OTHER CHECK UP WAS DONE other than vitals. Blood test comes back negative and they will not see me or help me with my original issue. They assumed because I am a woman I was pregnant. The Lady Dr is great but the two PAs are also just as good. The main thing is they all let you describe your problem before making their decision on how to help. I would use them as my primary in a new york minute.

Prompt Urgent Care has been the solution for me when I’m not feeling well. I have no insurance or a primary doctor. I feel that I’m getting excellent medical treatment and treated with professional kindness and concern for my ailments. I was on vacation with my family, and had a severe muscle spasm, on Thanksgiving day. I really didn't want to spend hours in an emergency room, and found Prompt on Google. I called, there was no wait, so I went over. I spent a few minutes filling out paperwork, and 5 minutes or so after that, I was called back.
