My brother Steve was in this hospital for over a month..They treated him very well and the staff was caring and attentive. I was talking to him today and he was telling me that they always made him feel improtant ..Thanks so much. Steve was probably your youngest patient..

Lied to everyone,Jason Froio,would you put a loved one at this place ( I don't think you would).I hope and pray that something happens to you or loved one,and they get the same treatment that my brother got..DRUGGED AND TRIED DOWN all the time.Nurse say that to keep him safe from falling out of bed,REALLY,You have to do both..BS...PROMISE to kill you.I would not even send my worst emery there.....

My father was at Promise for 3 weeks. It is supposed to be a "Rehab" hospital. There was no rehab. He came out of there in worse shape than when he went in. It is not the fault of the staff. They are understaffed. They can't meet the demands of the patients. The CNA was awesome. We had a favorite nurse, too. But, the only "Promise" in that establishment is the kind of "Promise" that has crossed fingers behind their back. I can't leave without saying that one of the CNA's thumbed off my father. My husband has received wonderful care at Promise Hospital. While his medical needs have been complicated at times, the staff has stepped up to the plate with the greatest of care and treatment. They make the patient feel very special. Thank you to all those at Promise. Sincerely, Sherry Green

This place is horrible. Don't take your loved ones here. My dad passed away due to there lack of care. He had asperated and all they did was sedate him. He had him moved to Banner Good Sameritan to try and save his life and it was to late.
