I am disappointed with the communication from doctors. The nurses are great. In two weeks of our loved one being admitted to the ICU we have not been able to speak to one doctor or case worker. This is very frustrating during the corona virus restrictions. I think an effort could be made to keep families in the loop.

I received excellent care and had great nurses and Drs. I would recommend Promise to any one that needs acute care. A very caring Hospital.

My grandmother died because of the POOR half assed care they gave her. One nurse was so abusive they popped her arm out of the socket telling her to “shut up” as he twisted her arm when she was freaking out. They made her decline into health so bad we had to call for help from an ambulance.. IN A HOSPITAL where she was only there for rehab for her throat. We didn’t learn of the popped socket until the other hospital thought it was suspicious you sent and X-Ray of only below the shoulders.. it was then they took their own and... read more

I would not recommend this facility to anyone. my father went into promise 9-21-18 about 4:30 pm for rehab. he was just fine....talking, laughing, joking with everyone. His rn that checked him in was a new guy that just started. he was very friendly and explained to us wat was happening as he was doin things for my dad. but wen shift change came and he got his new rn and cna for the night it was a completely different story. my mom and I had stepped out because the dialysis t... Please do not ever put your loved ones here this place is so incompetent to care for anyone. My father was moved here to be weaned off a trac. he was dead one week later because of their incompetence. The staff was rude and disrespectful to us.

What I liked: 1. They had a LICENSED ICU Unit which many LTAC's do not have (even if located next to a hospital). They also have the ability to provide High Observation for a patient which is a step down level if a patient is almost ready to leave the ICU but not ready for a telemetry unit or regular nursing floor. This is VERY IMPORTANT. 2. The facility is well maintained and very clean. Several LTAC's lease space in parts of hospitals with older, unused facilities that are ...Continue Reading

First let me say that several members of the Nursing and CNA staff are some of my favorite people. Hardworking, caring, involved and compassionate. They earned the one star I’m willing to give this mockery of a “Hospital.” It is a shame for good people to be wasted in such a horrific facility. Staffing levels are atrocious. More often than not, there was 1 nurse and 1 CNA assigned to cover 16 to 18 patients at a time. (Remember that this facility claims to “cater” to high nee...Continue Reading
