We wouldn't recommend them. After a hail storm in August of 2019, we had several contractors come through our neighborhood. We went with Prominent to replace both our roof and the siding. I think they overextended themselves as it took several weeks to start the project even though we told the sales rep. repeatedly that our kitchen ceiling was leaking. Several weeks later the siding did get done. We've had a number of issues since. First, we use an antenna on our roof for our TV, we were told it would not be a problem and we wouldn't lose reception. We did. They did bring someone back to adjust it, but that didn't work. So we ended up paying out of pocket to have a professional come and do it properly. Next, we have had a handful of pieces of siding fall off the house. Typically the very peaks of the siding. We've gone up and reapplied them ourselves, but definitely annoying. And now it the animal issue. We told our sales rep. that we had just had a bat professional come and seal up our home prior to the siding replacement. He again assured us that wouldn't be an issue and the house would be just as sealed when they were done. Well, it's an issue. In fact, there is a gap so large a squirrel or some other small animal has been living in our facia. We just had our bat professional back here to redo all the work he did prior to the new siding. Again, paying out of our own pocket, to seal up our house from bats and other animals. He described it as one of the worst siding jobs he's ever seen. I hope we don't have to replace our siding again in the future, but if we do we'll be going with a different company.

In the fall of 2019, Prominent replaced our hail damaged roof. As insurance was paying for the roof, the price quotes were all the same. The end result was a good looking roof that doesn't leak. The issue I had with the company relates to communication. The sales person did a good job in explaining on how the job would progress and when they would begin work. The company began work when promised with approximately 7 or 8 guys and completed the work in a day and a three fourths. And, we have an extremely large and complicated roof. The issue was my inability to communicate with the workers as only one worker spoke English and he was very young and had limited experience and could only answer questions after he got the answer from another worker. Due to this fact, the company had to return to our home to correct or finish certain parts of the job three or four times. The first time they sent an individual who arrived with his family and the only way to communicate with him was through his grade school daughter. Lastly, I would recommend that if the job will take a day or more, that a portable bathroom be a requirement of the company! This became a real issue between the company and us. Would I use Prominent again, yes, but our agreement would include very specific requirements.

After a widespread hail event, Justin and his team managed to replace the roof, fix the brickwork of our chimney and planter, and get the whole house painted before winter set in. Justin responded lightning fast to every question, even responding on evenings and weekends. Justin was open to finicky changes by us even after some of the work was done. He promised to make it look great, and it does!
