We wouldn't recommend them. After a hail storm in August of 2019, we had several contractors come through our neighborhood. We went with Prominent to replace both our roof and the siding. I think they overextended themselves as it took several weeks to start the project even though we told the sales rep. repeatedly that our kitchen ceiling was leaking. In the fall of 2019, Prominent replaced our hail damaged roof. As insurance was paying for the roof, the price quotes were all the same. The end result was a good looking roof that doesn't leak. The issue I had with the company relates to communication. The sales person did a good job in explaining on how the job would progress and when they would begin work. After a widespread hail event, Justin and his team managed to replace the roof, fix the brickwork of our chimney and planter, and get the whole house painted before winter set in. Justin responded lightning fast to every question, even responding on evenings and weekends. Justin was open to finicky changes by us even after some of the work was done. He promised to make it look great, and it does!
