Subcontractor worked for over one year for Prominence at Sunset Villa development in Orange Beach AL. All was good until last invoice for work completed 10/01/2023. Prominence has not paid as of 08/28/2024 and has not responded to any calls. Will have to file suit to recover lost income. Do not recommend any trade enter into contract with Prominence Homes.
