Great – Maintenance is good here. Office staff knowledgeable and friendly. We like our attached garage and the washer/dryer hook-ups inside our apartment. I would recommend Prominence to family and friends.

We are all pretty pleased – My wife and I really enjoy it here. I am not on staff so I will just make sure I clear that up now. The value of these apartments is pretty good for the area and what you get. I'm pretty simple and would be fine living in a studio with a couch and a TV but what is really important is that my wife likes it here a lot (and she is very picky). Outstanding – My leasing experience thus far has been outstanding. Jonathon and Jaquelyn have been great in assisting me and my family with our move in.

Becareful!! You could be caught on scam!! – I'd been living in this property for about 3 yrs. I was very busy with babies, and skipped the walk thru inspection when I was leaving the property, then they charged me about $1400 for maintenance cost right after we left. I was sooo shocked because I never used the property badly, destoy, or make any cut or worst tear on carpet or anything!
