We live here and we don't have the problems others stated in fact we just renewed.
Staff friendly and willing to answer any questions.
I love it here!! After apartment hunting throughout the entire North County, I thought i was going to have to live in a crappy run down apartment where I would be scared to walk outside at night by myself. This place is different. The office staff is very nice and have gone the extra mile to make sure we got a great place. We saw a place in Carlsbad that was more expensive but after doing a walk through decided right away it was crap compared to Prominence. It's interesting how every other website you go to... the reviews are horrible for this place and here they're all 5 stars. Don't be fooled by this SCAM, check the User Names and the Dates they were created. Notice how the wording is similar for all Reviews and how each Review is a few days apart. PUNKED! Prominence Apartments, stop fooling people and luring them into signing a dreadful lease! This is a perfect example of BUSINESS MALPRACTICE SO BEWARE!
